eNRP

eNRP manages all incoming tickets via e-mail and/or modem from multiple one call centers. eNRP is included with CTS or serves as a stand alone product.

• Customer trailers.
• Ability to receive via e-mail and modem simultaneously.
• Ability to retransmit tickets regardless of how they came in.

FPS-Field Processing System

Small system design for field personnel to transmit data back and forth to CTS.

• Operations similar to CTS.
• Ability to attach field photographs to tickets and transmit back to CTS.

TCC-Transmission Control Center System

TCC System sends tickets to the field contractor and positive response back to multiple one-call centers.

• TCC Server: Allows redirecting between fax, e-mails, printers and networks. Able  to easily print tickets.
• TCC Log: Full positive response to one call centers.
